- Due to an expiring lease, General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 5,200 usable square feet of fully serviced office and related space for the Internal Revenue Service in Midland, Texas, for a firm term of 5 years. All services, supplies and utilities to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. No asbestos containing fireproofing or insulation materials, whether friable or non-friable, will be permitted. All offers are subject to asbestos and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB?s) inspection and testing procedures. Space must be available for occupancy no later than November 1, 2005. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The space is desired within the Central Business District of Midland, Texas. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: This is an inquiry for available space only, not an invitation to bid.
