- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance With the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N68836-T-0142 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect under FAC 97-17 and DFARS change notice 20000606 apply. The following provisions, 52.212-1 Instruction to Offeror, 52.212-2 a(ii) Evaluations. Quoters are required to complete and include a copy of the following provision with their proposal: 52.212-3 , Offeror Representations and Certifications apply. The proposed contract action is to procure one item as follows: Analytical testing of hazardous waste at the point of generation in accordance with (IAW) 40 CFR 261. Analyses of hazardous waste will be performed at multiple locations across the Mayport Florida Naval Station, and approximately twelve times per year. The results of which shall be provide both electronically and Mailed. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. NAICS is 541620 employees. Required delivery date is a period of one year as designated on order. FOB destination to Naval Air Station, Mayport, Florida.
