- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division China Lake, CA intend to procure as 100% small business set-aside a Particle Image Velocimetry / Planer Laser-Induce Fluoresence (PIV / PLIF). The PIV / PLIF system is a group of instruments that work together to determine velocity and species concentration in real-time for combustion and other flow related experiments.
