Description
The Government has a need for a design study and development plan for the design and implementation of a high-performance, package-based, miniaturized electronics prototype. The prototype must utilize mature system-in-package technology using unique and proprietary technologies developed for commercial applications that can be applied to missile systems. The Government expects to make award to Tessera, Inc. for a firm-fixed-price contract. The point of contact for this action is Suzanne Jefferson, 256-842-7270, suzanne.jefferson@redstone.army.mil, and Earnest L. Taylor, Jr., Contracting Officer, 256-876-8762. See Numbered Note 22.
