PRON:AX5F0395AX;NOUN:Bearing Assy,Spindl;NSN:1615-01-411-8452;Part Number:70102-08200-050;Qty:Min 2,000 each; Max 12,14 1, this is a Full and Open Competition to include Large and Small Businesses with five years Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ)applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. With delivery 2,000 each to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing(FAT)is 2,000 each 320 days after contract award (DACA).First Article Test Report(FATR)is due 208 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 2,000 each 220 days after contract award.The Government has rights to the technical data, th e data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. This acquisition contains data which is considered Critical Technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This in formation cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. This acquisition contains Technical Data whose Export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act(Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administratio n Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive order 121470.This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation.however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
