Description

The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment, and materials to perform maintenance and overhaul of the Radiator Gear Box, applicable to the UH-60 helicopter. Input NSN and P/N(s) are as follows: 161 5-01-158-9514/70361-03004-103 and 1615-01-092-1987/70361-03004-102. Output NSN and P/N: 1615-01-158-9514/70361-03004-103. This is a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-fixed-price contract. The minimum quantity is 50 each. The maximum quantity is 720 each. The Maximum quantity includes an estimated 20% of 120 each for Foreign Military Sales. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin to New Cumberland, PA, beginning 90 days after receipt of assets. Overhaul shall be in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1615-291, dated 22 December 2004, including AMCOM Engineering Directives. This requirement is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be conside red by the Agency. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. Small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pendi ng receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted to a later date; however, delivery order award will not be made prior to the closing date stated above. No telephone requests for solicitation will be ac cepted. Request for solicitation will be by facsimile, e-mail or mail only. Proposals will only be accepted by mail.
