PRON: AX4C0667AX, Noun: Valve, Solenoid, NSN: 4810-01-120-4276, PN: 173HS139-3 QUANTITY: Min: 55/Max: 275, this is a Base Year Plus 2 200% Options Contract, a pplicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage: 77272 and Tactair Fluid Controls Inc Cage: 70236. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified o n a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government rights or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of ano ther part, nor use of second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Production Lead-time is 5 5 each, 180 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo / and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will n ot close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the arms export control act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the export administration cannot be r eleased outside the United States without prior approval of the government.
