Required delivery without First Article is 176 each, 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to B ell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE Code 97499 because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical d escription of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the re quired item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating t o Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements.
