- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, number W44W9M-05-T-0225, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 325188 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. Requirements: McAlester Army Ammunition Plant has a requirement for: The purchase of 12,000 Pounds of Ammonium Perchlorate, IAW WS 18485, 200 Micron W/TCP. Certificate of Conformance Required. Product is to be delivered to: McAlester Army Ammunition Pl ant, Bldg 8, 1 C Tree Road, McAlester OK, 74501. Offerors are directed to the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items (JAN 2004), which appli es to this acquisition and is hereby incorporated by reference. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
