Description

The US Army Acquisition Cener, Natick Contracting Division, has a requirement for renovation in Building 3,Rooms R202, R202A, and R202B located on the US Army installation in Natick, Massachusetts. Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equ ipment necessary to include but not limited to demolishing walls, remove doors, carpets, and electrical switches and replace with new walls,doors carpets and electrical switches. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price contract. The m agnitude of effort is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Davis Bacon wage determination for Middlesex County, Massachusetts applies. The NAICS code 236220 is applicable. A site visit will be held on 25 August 2005. Drawings will be available at the site v isit.
