Description

22--The ACA, Capital District Contracting Center, Fort Belvoir, VA intends to negotiate solely with CACI-Federal, 14111 Park Meadow Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151, under authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (2) implemented by FAR 6.302-2. This requirement is for resource management technical support and sustainment of the financial management efforts of the Resource Management Division, USACIDC. RM-Online budget management function supports preparation of all appropriations, to include Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and similar appropriated funds for execution. The manpower management and analysis and other Army working capital funds management functions presents an integrated view of the MACOMs resources, creating a robust interface to the Defense Finance and Accounting System (DFAS) and other Army Resource Management systems. The contract will be awarded under the GSA Schedule (GWACS) GS07T00BGD0058, for a base period of 12 months, plus two (2) twelve month option years, if exercised.
