- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA8601-05-T-0188, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This is a 100% Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. This requirement is TO PROCURE: 49 Each Padfolio Award Sets SIC Code 5199, NAICS Code 541890 Not to Exceed Size Standard: $6,000,000. The following are the Necessary Specifications for 49 each Padfolios Award Sets (No Substitutions): 1. Leeds Custom Manufactured Micro Tek Deluxe Zippered Padfolio with one location deboss logo. Padfolio is modified to provide a dedicated pocket for the Sharp EL520 WBBK Calculator. 2. Sharp EL-520 WBBK Calculator. The EL 520 WBBK performs over 419 advance scientific functions and utilizes a 2-line display and Multi-Line Playback. 3. USB Flash Drive-64MB includes v.1.1 USB Memory stick, disk driver, key ring attachment, lanyard, USB Extension Cable and Black Gift Box. Compatible with MAC OS9.X or above/Windows ME/SP and Windows 98/SE with downloadable driver (included) 4. Blue Gemini Pen/Pencil Set from Leeds, with one location laser engraving on pen and pencil Includes gift box. Sharp Calculator (Item # 2), USB 64 MB Flash Drive (Item # 3) and Gemini Pen/Pencil set (Item #4) will be package with the Padfolio. Items must be package together in a transparent material with award identification information showing. Items will be identified as directed as by the Air Force. Quote must include all freight, set-up, packaging, and imprinting cost. Please provide Picture of Padfolio Set and each item listed with Quote. Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of order. Please submit estimated delivery with quotation. Quotes must be FOB, Destination, and Net 30 days? payment terms.
