- Description
- Nellis AFB, Las Vegas NV, requires a contract for Sports Officials. Services include providing sports officials for sporting events and tournaments. Sports include intramural basketball, softball, volleyball, and flag football as per the Statement of Work (SOW). Unit prices are per game with an estimated quantity for each sport. Officials must be qualified and registered through the respective national sports federation. The base period of performance will run 1 October 2005 thru 30 September 2006, with an additional four 12 month option periods. Contract will be evaluated and awarded by adding total price for option periods to total price for base period. This is a firm fixed price indefinite delivery requirements type contract. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures Test Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 713990 size standard $6M. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 2 Aug 2005 via the Internet. Interested parties may download the Solicitation FA4861-05-R-B009 at www.fedbizopps.gov paper copies of the solicitation will not be available. The awarded contractor must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) at www.ccr.gov,or by calling 888-227-2423, prior to award. Award will be based on past performance price tradeoff with award being made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government.
