- NOTICE OF SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). This is a Sources Sought Synopsis in support of a market survey being conducted by the Air Force to determine any interest and capability of potential sources. This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, or a synopsis of a solicitation, or a commitment on the part of the government to later publish a solicitation. The government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this synopsis. Any information submitted in response to this sources sought / RFI is strictly voluntary. Companies may provide a profile normally provided to the general public. Any questions should be submitted to the contract administrator listed above. United States Air Force is attempting to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling a need of providing Professional Staffing of Medical Professions (Health and Welnness Technician). Only contractors with proven experience providing this type of Professional Staffing capabilities will be considered. The Government requests interested offerors submit one copy of their capability responses and cost estimates, no later than 4:00 p.m. MDT on 9 Aug 2005 to the following address (for first class or overnight mail): 49 CONS/LGCB, Attn: SSgt Kevin E. Searles, 1210 Forty Niner Ave, Holloman AFB, NM 88330. The response maybe faxed to 505-572-7333 or emailed to the address provided below. The response should be a profile normally provided to the general public. All respondents must supply the following: Company name, address, CAGE Code, point of contact for information, size of business, US or foreign owned, and Federal Supply Schedule number, if applicable. This is a request for information only. Funds are not currently available. Qualified companies, who provide responses to this Sources Sought, will be afforded an opportunity to provide a quotation in future requirements.
