- B-1. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: a. USPS mail to be picked up at the Pharmacy Service (Room 7) and Office Operations (Room 1017) at the VA Medical Center, 1500 N. Westwood Blvd., Poplar Bluff, MO 63901 no later than 3:30pm and delivered to the USPS in order to go out in the same days mail. The material will consist of first class correspondence, pharmaceuticals and other related items, inserted and sealed in mailing envelopes, packages and boxes. Prior to release to the USPS, the first class mail will be picked up, metered and presorted. b. The material submitted will be of varying sizes within the first class mail requirements of the USPS. Correspondence addresses will be readily visible and may be computer-generated, typed, handwritten, or by other means determined by the VAMC. The VAMC serves a large nationwide veteran population and therefore mail processed by the Contractor will be distributed nationwide with no particular geographical area of concentration. All interested parties within a 50 mile radius of Poplar Bluff, MO are incourged to submit a bid. This is a 100 percent small business set aside. NACIS Code 561110 Size Standard: 6 MIL
