Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations for all materials, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary to provide and install/replace isolation pads, seals, elevator hydraulic fluids, power unit hoses and replace jack packing sets in 9 elevators and removal/disposal of old fluids, packing material, isolation pads, and hoses from the site, located at VAMC TOMAH, 500 E. VETERANS STREET, TOMAH, WI 54660. Service and repair tasks shall be in accordance with the procedures recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Anticipated period of performance is on or about September 15, 2005 through November 31, 2005. Contract type is firm-fixed price and is unrestricted. NACIS Code is 811310. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is September 15, 2005. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about August 02, 2005.
