- Description
- The US Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center anticipates award of a sole source commercial contract to Handysoft, Vienna, VA for continuation of software maintenance for BizFlow 8 (end-user, administrator, and designer license maintenance). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. To the best knowledge of the VA, Handysoft is the sole authorized provider for these services. Responses to this notice must be in writing and must be received by 12:00pm CST on 5 Aug 2005. Third part firms will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence that the firm has been granted rights to provide the services being procured. The determination to open competition based on responses is solely with in the discretion of the Government. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
