- The U. S. Department of State intends to award a Sole Source contract to SunGard Workflow Solutions, 104 Inverness Center Place, Suite 350, Birmingham, AL 35242, for the following items: (1) FormWorks Maintenance (Annual), Q Manager, Worldscran (Kodak), OCR Worker (Prime), OC Repair, FT Combine, FT Split, Storeworker; (2) Annual Maintenance for Twain Scan for Kodak 500; (3) Annual Maintenance for Twain Scan for Kodak I250; (4) Annual Maintenance for OCR Engine; (5) Prime OCR Engine; (6) Annual Maintenance for OCR Engine. Formworks 4.0 is proprietary to SunGard Workflow Solutions. The contract will be for a base plus two option years. This notice is for information purposes only.
