Description: The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request-For-Quotation (RFQ) 10-05-055-JWB. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to repaint the parking lot and helipad at the Northern Cheyenne Health Center on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation in Lame Deer, Montana. The estimated price range for this contract is BELOW $25,000. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is set for August 15, 2005. The completion is 60-days.
