- Project consists of reconstruction of the Bethel ATV Trail Head including parking areas, new entrance station, one mile of road reconstruction, and 3600 L.F. ATV trail construction on the De Soto Ranger District, National Forests in Mississippi, Harrison County, MS. Bethel Trail Head is located in Section 36 Range 10 West Township 4 South. The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 237310. The size standard is $28.5 million. Ninety (90) calendar days will be allowed for completion of contract work. The successful offeror will be required to furnish payment protection in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
