Description

Provide all labor, supervision, materials necessary to provide janitorial services in accordance with specifications at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service facilities in College Station, Texas. Period of performance will be October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with four one-year options, if exercised by the Government. PROSPECTIVE VENDOR SHALL HAVE AN OFFICE SPACE WHICH IS LOCATED WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS OF THE USDA-ARS FACILITIES IN COLLEGE STATION, TX. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Copy of the solicitation will only be provided in response to a written, emailed, or faxed request received directly from the requester. Telephone request will be not be honored.
