- This procurement is authorized by Purchase Request Number YPG05207000442, NSN 6685-01-194-3797. The solicitation will be issued FOB/Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. QAP 004 applies. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. Basic quantity is 397 each. Requested delivery is 120 days ARO. Approved sources for this items are General Electric Co., Cage 07482, for P/N 9339M56P03 and Claud S. Gordon Co, Cage 93768, P/N 500-023. This procurement is being procured as unrestricted under the negotiate method of procurement. This is a critical item. Configuration controls applies. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Specifications, plans, or drawing relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway: http://porgrate.daps.mil/home on the issue date cited in the RFP. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN in accordance with FAR Subpart 32.5. ABVS will be included in the solicitation and will be used as an evaluation factor.
