- Service contract for all fees, labor, packing, removal, transportation, and disposal of hazardous items from DRMO Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) located in Dayton, Ohio and surrounding locations. SP4400-05-D-0011 will be issued on or about August 17, 2005 on the World Wide Web. The website address is http://www.drms.dla.mil/neproc/index.html. Approximate closing date is September 16, 2005. This solicitation will be a firm-fixed priced indefinite quantity contract (IDIQ) for a period of 18-monht base period and two 18-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, State, and Local Laws, ordinances, and regulations governing handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous wastes materials and environmental protection. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business. The contract award decision will be based on a combination of past performance and price.
