- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and all else necessary to provide various xeriscape, landscape, sprinkler installation, excavation, grading, and other similar exterior construction requirements at Nellis AFB or Creech AFB, Nevada, as may be ordered by individual task orders. This acquisition will result in a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), award. The successful contractor will be selected using past performance/price trade-off procedures resulting in the Best Value to the Government. Past performance is more important than price. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest proposed price. Offerors shall submit proposals that can be accepted solely on the basis of the initial offer, as the government intends to award the contract without further discussion. The period within which task orders may be issued is a basic one year period with four (4) one-year option periods. The maximum amount that may be ordered during the entire contract period is $1,900,000. The minimum task order amount is $15,000. The minimum amount guaranteed to be ordered during the contract period is $45,000. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NIACS) is 238910 with a small business size standard of $12 Million. Award will be made pursuant to the Competitive Demonstration Program and the solicitation will be unrestricted and open to firms of all size. The solicitation will be posted on or about 16 Aug 05. You must register on this site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. To be eligible for award, prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA, at http://orca.bpn.gov/).
