- Description
- This project is to construct a New Main Post Office facility in Fall River WI, consisting of a single story building of approximately 1,650 SF, with an attached Mail Platform, and including paved parking and drive, as well as, landscaping. Building structure consists of wood frame with vinyl siding exterior. Minority-owned and Women-owned Business participation is encouraged. Construction cost range: $280,000 to $330,000. Performance time will be 240 calendar days from the date after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Evaluation criteria in addition to price will be considered and are as follows: Past Performance (60 pts.): Evaluated using information submitted in the Qualification Statement, adequately demonstrating successful completion of projects of a similar scope and magnitude as that of the proposed work. Supplier Capability (40 pts.): Project Management Plan/Approach: Project schedule (10 pts.); Proposed Project Team and Company Organization (10 pts.); Quality Control Plan/Team (10 pts.); Experience Modification Ratio (EMR), (10 pts.); and Financial Capability (Pass/Fail): Financial Statements, Bonding and Banking. Specifications will be available on or about July 27, 2005. The proposal due date is August 24, 2005 at 3:00 pm, CST. Specifications will be provided for a non-refundable cost of $175.00. Orders can be pre- paid by Corporate or Personal Check made out to LDI Reproprinting Center (DO NOT MAKE THE CHECK OUT TO THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE). Mail your check to: LDI Reproprinting Centers, 2200 Northlake Parkway, Suite 350, Tucker, GA 30084-4084. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. This is included in the price of the prints and specifications. USPS Express Mail service is also available at an additional cost. There will be no public opening of offers. All proposal information received is CONFIDENTIAL until award of a contract. The name of the successful offeror, number of offers received and the amount of the contract will be released as public information.
