- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement with several vendors for the repair and/or overhaul of 60 each main rotor dampers, p/n: 369D21400-503, and with the intention of utilizing the BPA for other repairs as they become a requirement. The BPA period of performance will be from award date through 31 December 2009. All repaired items will be delivered to L-3 Communications, 5749 Briar Hill Road, Door #12, Lexington, KY 40516. The delivery schedule will be determined prior to each BPA call/order. FOB and Acceptance/Inspection is at origin by a Government quality assurance representative (QAR). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is published as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The due date is 3 August 2005 no later than 12:00Noon est. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail to (spowell@tapo.eustis.army.mil). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 541990 and small business standard of $6,000,000.
