- Description
- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Data Physics. The contractor shall provide one 16 Channel Dynamic Signal Analyzer (SignalCalc Mobilyzer). No substitutes are acceptable. Data Physics SignalCalc is powered by ABACUS and will mate with current ABACUS systems. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
