Description: THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS. The work of this contract consists of providing all materials, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to complete Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System Project and HVAC Renovation System for the Ozark Bathhouse located at Hot Springs National Park. The NAICS code for this project is 238220, Business Size Standard is $12 Million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. An organized site visit will be scheduled and announced in the contract package.
