- The US Army TACOM-PICATINNY intends to issue a requet for proposal (RFP) and negotiate a sole source contract with General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems for system development and demonstration of the Taser Anti Personnel Munition System. This effort follows the TAPM technical development contract performed by General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GDOTS) in support of the Area Denial Program. This notice is not a request for proposals. TACOM-PICATINNY intends to award a sole source contract to GDOTS, 11350 137th Place NE, Redmond, WA 98052.
