- The US Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely with Agile Technology Inc., 1329 Santa Cruz Drive, Minden, NV 89423 under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.3 02-1. This requirement is for performance coating test program and refurbishing the mirrors on theA GL-I/200 Wavelength Tuners for the US Army Soldier Biological and Chemical Command, APG, MD. Agile Technology, Inc. is the developer of this system and ha s extensive experience in wavelength agile tuner technology. This is a sole source procurement. This contract will be awarded with a period of performance of six months from date of award. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Agile Techn ology, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334511 and the size standard is 750. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
