Description

Construct Burial Vault Rock Veneer at Bellows Air Force Station (AFS), Waimanalo, Hawaii. Work for this acquisition shall include encasing the entire vault in traditional Hawaiian style ?pohaku? stonework. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to construct, manage and accomplish the project. Only small business contractors experienced with the Construction of Hawaiian style ?pohaku? stonework should submit a proposal. Price Performance tradeoff method of evaluation shall be used for this acquisition. The total performance period of this contract shall be 60 calendar days. Competition will be limited to small business (SB) set-aside. The NAICS Code for this project is 238990 and the size standard is $12 Mil. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this project will be issued electronically on or about 5 Aug 05 on the governments Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. NOTE: All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. The Site Visit date and time will be listed in the solicitation.
