- This is a PLANNING Solicitation. Funds are not presently available for this contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. Quotations that do not include prices for all requirements will not be considered. The (North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 451140. Purchase Request number F2BTAQ5110A100 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04 (8 June 2005). The Government intends to award four contract line numbers (CLINs 0001 through 0004) for Four Adams Philharmonic Cloyd Duff Timpani: One 23 inch, one 26 inch, one 29 inch and one 32 inch. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA Desired Delivery date: on or before September 30, 2005. FOB: DESTINATION Hanscom Air Force Base, MA 01731. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
