- Description
- This solicitation is being amended to revise the purchase description and extend the date for receipt of offers to 10 Aug 2005. Two documents are added to this solicitation, one is revision 4 of the purchase description dated 1 Aug 2005 and the other is a word document detailing which paragraphs of the PD have been revised. Offerors who have already submitted proposals do not have to submit complete new proposals they may address only changes in each paragraph of the Purchase Description and provide current pricing if desired. Price proposal should be valid for a min of 60 days. Each response must reference the individual PD paragraphs. Change pages are acceptable. The instructions to offerors and evaluation basis for award along with all other parts of the solicitation including attachments other than the PD have not changed. Offerors who have not submitted a proposal must submit all information and documentation as stated in the instructions to offerors in solicitation FY2333-05-R-0001. All volumes including present and past performance information must be submitted as specified. FAX and email responses are acceptable with follow up by regular mail.
