The award is 100?Percent set-aside for a small business. The NAICS code is 541512. The items are currently available from PSSC Labs LINUX Cluster only and are Sole-Sourced to that company, currently with one known distributor Federal Edge under GSA contract GS-35F-0091M. Other offers will be considered if the manufacture is PSSC Labs LINUX ?. with no other substitutes considered. The following items will be procured: Refer to RFQ attached to this combined Synoposis/Solication. See FA9300-05-R-0002. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541512. The size standard is $21.0M. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete proposal that provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals (if Available). The Government will consider all responses received by the publication due date of this notice. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
