- The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center (ELC) has a requirement to procure ten (10) each Propulsion Shafts, Stock Number 2010-01-463-9116, to be manufactured, tested, preserved, packaged and marked in accordance with Coast Guard Specification No. P-243-0456, dated November 2004 and Coast Guard Drawing Number 47B MLB 243-010 Rev. M. Delivery of completed shaft required 180 calendar days after contract award. Shafts shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. The North American Industry Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 332999 with a size standard of 500 employees. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number HSCG40-05-Q-60317 shall include all specifications and drawings required to manufacture these shafts. These documents, including the complete solicitation package shall be available for download from FedBizOpps (www.eps.gov) on or about 1 August 2005. The closing date for receipt of quotations shall be 16 August 2005 at 1:00 p.m. EST. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
