- Description
- The Transportation Security Administration, Office of Chief Counsel is seeking vendors to provide a proposal on the Nation Wide Court Reporting Services contract for over 400 locations including TSA locations in United States, Districts, Territories, and Possessions. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, management and expertise for court reporting, transcript writing, delivery and video recording. In some instances depending on locations and logistics the contractor may be required to provide conference room facilities with speakerphone capability when depositions are taken telephonically. The receipt of offers are due 24 Aug 2005 3:pm EST. Vendors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), to be eligible for award. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside for the North American Industry Classified System (NAICS) Code 561492. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price requirements contract. The period of performance will be from date of award to 1 December 2006 (base period). and three one year option periods.
