Description

This synopsis is amended to add the following questions and answers: 1. Question: What should we submit at this time? Answer: Four completed copies of Standard Form SF-330. 2. Question: What about prices at this time? Answer: Prices will be requested later from qualified offerors. 3. Question: What is the time frame for a completed Survey? Answer: Surveys shall be completed within 45 days of issuance of NTP. 4. Question: Do you have aerial/topographical maps for the properties that are under contract now that we can see? Answer: Topographic, location and aerial maps will be presented to the firms selected to complete the closing services. 5. Question: How many surveys do you anticipate authorizing each year? Answer: The amount of surveys or projects funded will vary depending on the annual funding levels. This year we expect about 10 easement purchases. 6. Question: How many awards do you anticipate making? Answer: We anticipate a minimum of two awards, maybe more to ensure coverage of the state of Florida. 7. Question: When do you anticipate making award? Answer: We anticipate award of the contracts on or before June 30, 2005.
