- The General Services of Administration is seeking Class A space for approximately 44,932 usable square feet of office space, storage area, break room area, computer area, maps and technology area, conference, training and other related space with 120 surface parking spaces for government vehicles. Delineated area: North on Camp Creek Parwkway, West on Welcome All Road, South on South Fulton Parkway and East on I-285. Other items considered: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements. There must be twenty-five (25) surface parking spaces designated for visitors at no additional cost to the government. The government must have access to parking spaces 24 hours a day. Required: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as a part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before November 15, 2005.
