Description

The solicitation will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 10 August 2005. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone, email or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. Description: Asphalt Repair, Sealing and Painting of three areas within the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway at Marshland Visitor Center, Highway 70 Boat Launch and Trego Visitor Center. Solicitation Number: I6590050005. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the above named project. Work includes, but is not limited to: Repair, Clean and Seal approximately 6500 square yards of existing asphalt surfaces. The NAICS code for this project is 238990. Contract duration is from the Notice to Proceed through approximately 30 September 2005, weather permitting. In accordance with FAR subpart 36.204, the price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is an Invitation For Bid (IFB) and is subject to the provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 14. A site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties with the time and date to be annouced in the solicitation. Responses will be due approximatley 30 days after issuance of the solicitation.
