ELAINE BRAZELTON Contracting Specialist, AMSAM-AC-AP-C, Telephone: 256-955-9228, Email: martha.brazelton@redstone.army.mil, NSN: 1615-01-154-7077, PRON: AX5F5572A X, P/N: 7-211350004-3, NOUN: Coupling, Tailrotor, Quantity: Minimum/25 each Maximum/100 four year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) contract applicable to AH-64 APACHE Aircraft. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 315 days after contract award. When First Article Testing is waived the delivery is 210 days after contract award. When Alternate II clause is recommended the required delivery is 263 days after contract award with delivery to Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company 8V613, and Goodrich Corporation Cage 99551. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet pre qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. THIS ACQUISITION CONTRAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS E XPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo and under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
