- This office intends to purchase 1 each Pall Deployable Oil Purification System, Part Number PE0107824ZYY83. The item is used in support of CH-47 helicopters. There are no known small business distributers for this item. The end user has requested sole source consideration for Pall Aeropower Corporation of New Port Richey, Florida. The basis for this request was that this is the only known system approved for deployed use by the Army Aviation Engineering Directorate. The request for sole source co nsideration has received tentative approval by this office. Vendors that desire to submit a suitable substiture must advise this office in writing to be received by noon local time, 5 August 2005. Vendors will be required to provide descriptive literatur e on their product and proof that their product is an approved item for deployment.
