- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4830-05-Q-0076 and is issued as Request for Quotation.This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-04, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2005-0517. This solicitation IS NOT set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System is 334290. The small business size is 750 employees. LINE ITEM 0003: PTMP-150 Hand Microphone. Part #: 50-P39208N001 For use with the URC-200. OR EQUAL. Quantity 2 EA. LINE ITEM 0004: PTSH-104K Amplified Remote Speaker.
