- Description
- Project consists of the demolition of the old entrance station building and the construction of a new entrance station, the reconstruction of the entire site including new roads and paving, landscaping and a complete new site utility system, located on the Boston Mountain Ranger District, Washington,County Arkansas on the Ozark-St.-Francis National Forest. This will be a Request for Proposals which will result in a firm fixed price contract. The range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220, and the small business size standard is $28.5 Million. The successful offeror will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price prior to beginning construction. This project is open to both small and large businesses. There will be a site visit on this project which will be listed in Section L of the solicitation. The contract time is 270 days. The project is located at Lake Wedington, in the SE 1/4 Section 4, Township 17 North, and Range 32 West. Take Arkansas Hwy 16 West from Fayetteville, Arkansas for 13 miles to Lake Wedington. This project should be available for downloading from this site on or about August 2, 2005. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out.
