- A pre-solicitation conference will be held at Customs and Border Protection, Washington DC. The Office of Public Affairs, Television Operations will host this conference. For exact time and place, please contact Mr. Mark Vyrros at 202-344-2197. The agenda will be as follows: Pre Solicitation Information and Agenda Overview of Requirement: To design and install a completely new television set to include three video recording areas, including floor treatment in an existing studio space. Space available: The existing space is 24 feet wide by 32 feet long, with a ceiling height from the light grid to the floor of 9 feet. Main background set to be ?L? shaped with 24 feet by 15 feet available. 2nd background to be 10 feet wide 3rd background to be ?L? shaped with 20 feet by 15 feet available Agenda for Pre Solicitation Conference: A. Oral presentation by CBP staff member on site B. Questions from respondents with audio recording. C. Answers to all questions with audio recording. D. Physical site inspection to include access to the building for equipment load in and egress. E. Audio recording of all verbal presentations questions and answers to be transcribed and made available, as soon as possible. After the Solicitation Conference: A. Transcription to be published. B. Clarification questions will be responded to and published.
