- RECEIPT OF PROPOSAL EXTENSION and SOW CLARIFICATION PAPER: Firms responding to this solicitation are requested to submit a written proposal to TSA not later than 2:00 PM EDST on MONDAY, AUGUST 8, 2005. TSA intends to provide a General SOW clarification paper to address questions/comments received in support of the eMail Archival and Retrieval requirement NLT 3 PM EDST on Friday, July 29, 2005 via Amendment #2. Additional questions/comments will not be accepted.
