Solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year with four one-year option periods. Stock lines only to SNG, New Cumberland, PA. For NSN 3740-01-516-4415, approved sources are Iguana LLC, CAGE 1RGC8, P/N 80100 and MMI-Federal Marketing Service, CAGE 0H133, P/N 64587. Unit quantity is 1 each, color: Woodland Green. Base year Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 8,000 EA, option year EAD is 8,000 EA; requested delivery 72 DARO. For NSN 3740-01-518-7310, approved sources are Iguana LLC, CAGE 1RGC8, P/N 80200 and MMI-Federal Marketing Service, CAGE 0H133, P/N 64588. Unit quantity is 1 each; color: Coyote Brown. Base year EAD is 6,000 EA, option year EAD is 6,000 EA; requested delivery 103 DARO. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination; QAP 251 applies. These are commercial items. Alternate offers require approval (no exceptions) by the Armed Forces Pest Management Board (AFPMB) before addition to the list of approved sources. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
