- Occupational health services, off-site clinic. Services include but are not limited to medical case management; fitness for duty physicals; federal workers compensation program; monitoring occupational injury/illness; urine specimen collection (but not analysis); witness services; first aid, CPR, and AED training; vision screening; immunizations; audiograms; pregnancy surveillance; radiation, asbestos, lead, and heavy metals monitoring; and termination physicals. OSHA, DOT, regulations apply. Certification by The American Board of Preventive Medicine in Occupational Medicine required. Provider must be located within a reasonable distance to Defense Supply Center Richmond, VA. NAICS Code 621111, Size standard $8.5M. Solicited as UNRESTRICTED.
