Description

All work is to be done in accordance with drawings and specifications. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following principle items: Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies, and coordination required for the repair/replacement of the fire alarm system and fire sprinkler system for building 137 on Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins, Georgia. This requirement will be solicited under full and open competition procedures in accordance with Full and Open Competition under the Small Business Competetiveness Demostration Program. It is our intention to award a firm fixed price contract by Request for Proposal (RFP). The estimated date of release of the solicitation for RFP will be on or about May 15, 2005 with an estimated repsonse date of June 15, 2005. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance will be no later than one hundred eighty-five (185) days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210, $12M annual receipts. The Official Copy fo the solicitation will not be provided on compact disk (CD-ROM) or paper and can only be accessed on the website http://fedbizopps.gov. The website will contain the drawings and specifications for review. All prospective bidders are encouraged to register for each individual solicitation to offerors of changes to the solicitation. All changes, modification and other pertinent information will be posted on the website stated above for viewing. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-APR-2005).
