- The United States Postal Service hereby submits a Request For Proposal (RFP) for Terminal Handling Services to support the processing and preparation of Military Mail for air transportation for the United States Postal Service. The contract awarded under this solicitation will be for a term beginning on or about September 1, 2005, which provides approximately 60 days for start-up with operations beginning November 1, 2005 and ending close of business, January 31, 2006.
