***OPEN TO US POSTAL SERVICE PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORS AND LANDLORD ONLY*******US Postal Service is requesting proposals for RENOVATIONS OF LEASED SPACE TO CREATE THE NEW BOWLING GREEN FINANCE STATION. Contractor to provide all material, labor, services, equipment, permits, licenses, necessary fo the RENOVATIONS OF LEASED SPACE at subject. WORK INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO CARENTRY, INTERIOR FINISHES, HVAC, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL WORK AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. Estimated cost: $700,000 - $775,000. Preproposal meeting will be held on site 1 Whitehall St., NY, NY 10004-9998 @ 9 AM August 8, 2005. Attendance is strongly recommended. Solicitation packages may be purchased after August 1, 2005 from Tech-Repro, 65 Zabriskie St, Hackensack, NJ 07601 (201) 489-1333, It is prohibited to pay any fee, commission, percentage or brokerage fee to any person or firm contingent upon or resulting from the award of a contract for this project.
